The BTA (Bedford Taxpayers Association) is a separate group from our group which is the Bedford Residents Association (BRA).
Even after we explained to them that Zoning Amendment #3 did not affect COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT in the Performance Zone they still recommended a NO vote because they thought it would hamper development.
Nothing could be further from the truth. We simply want the town to FOLLOW THE RULES, rules that were in place before March 2019 and after your votes confirming those rules in March of 2019. Those rules apply to residential buildings in the PZ, and have no effect on the commercial.
